WHIPPED CREAM CHOCOLATE PIE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 pie shell, baked

Melt chocolate and set aside. Mix butter and sugar until creamy, adding cooled chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating 5 minutes after each using medium speed on mixer. Pour this into cooked cooled pie shell. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with pecans. Chill.
