PUMPKIN COOKIES 
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. mini chips

Combine dry ingredients and set aside in a separate bowl. Cream remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips), then slowly add in dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by spoonful on cookie sheets. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
