CHILI COOK-OFF WINNER | |
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck 1 envelope Chili-O 1/2 c. water 4 tbsp. chili powder 6 oz. can tomato sauce 2 c. canned tomatoes 2 c. chili beans (optional) Brown ground beef in small amount of fat. Add Chili-O, water, chili powder, tomato sauce and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Beans may be added just before serving. yield: 6 servings. |
