SPAGHETTI WITH FRESH TOMATOES 
8 oz. thin spaghetti
1/4 c. olive oil
2 med. tomatoes, peeled & diced
1 lg. garlic clove, mashed
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
Few twists ground pepper

Cook spaghetti as directed. Mash garlic with the 1 1/4 teaspoons salt. Combine with all the rest of ingredients. Stir into hot spaghetti and serve.
