SPAGHETTI WITH HERBED TOMATOES
AND CHEESE
 
1 lb. pkg. spaghetti
2 tbsp. olive or salad oil
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
6 med. tomatoes, diced
2 1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
4 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In 6 quart sauce pot, cook spaghetti per label directions. Meanwhile, in 2 quart saucepan, over medium heat in hot oil, cook garlic until tender. Stir in tomatoes, basil and salt. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Drain spaghetti. Return spaghetti to sauce pot. Toss gently with tomato mixture, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately. Makes 6 main dish servings.
