CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
Cooked chicken, shredded
Lettuce, shredded
1 pkg. won ton skins

Cut won ton skins very thin; heat oil over medium high heat. Cook skins less than a minute until lightly brown (they will darken slightly after cooking). Slivered almonds, toasted

To toast - place in saucepan (dry) over low-medium heat until slightly browned. Toss together above ingredients just prior to serving.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. sesame seed oil
