PULL APART VEGETABLE BREAD 
1 c. chopped pepper, red or green
1 1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. (2 sticks) low fat butter
3 cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (30 biscuits), any brand

Saute pepper, onion in butter. Quarter biscuits. Combine all ingredients (be sure biscuits are well-coated with butter). Pour into ungreased bundt pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. To serve, simply pull apart and eat. Serves 12.
