RASPBERRY SALAD 
2 (lg.) boxes raspberry jello
3 c. boiling water
2 boxes partially thawed raspberries
1 (#2) can applesauce (2 1/2 c.)
3/4 pkg. mini-marshmallows
1 pkg. whipped topping mix
1 c. sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in water and add raspberries and applesauce. Chill mixture until set in 9 x 13 pan. Combine marshmallows and sour cream and let stand several hours. Whip this mixture until smooth and combine with topping mix prepared according to directions on package. Spread the cream mixture on jello. Serves 12 generously.
