PEACH DELIGHT 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
6 oz. box vanilla pudding (not instant)
4 1/2 tsp. butter
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 lg. can peaches
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Beat together flour, baking powder, salt, pudding, butter, egg and milk for 2 minutes. Spread into greased pan. Drain peaches and save juice. Place peach slices over dough. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and 5 tablespoons of juice. Spoon over peaches. Mix 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
