BAKED CHICKEN BREAST WITH CHIP
BEEF
 
6 chicken breasts
4 tbsp. butter
1 jar or 2 pkgs. chipped beef
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3 oz. cream cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Paprika

Sprinkle chicken with pepper and paprika. Don't salt. Saute in butter, spread chipped beef on bottom of greased baking dish, put chicken on top. Combine soup, sour cream and cream cheese, stir and pour over chicken. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, uncover and brown slightly. Serve over hot rice.
