6 eggs 2/3 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 2 (12 oz.) cans (3 c.) evaporated milk 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed Beat eggs on low speed until foamy, add sugar and salt, blend. Add milk, vanilla, and cinnamon, blend. Sprinkle brown sugar on bottom of 9 1/2 x 5 1/4 inch loaf pan, pour in milk and egg mixture. Place loaf pan in 13 x 9 inch pan of hot water (1 inch deep. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Chill 4 hours. Serve and eat. |
