STIR - FRY 
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. honey
1 garlic clove
Salt to taste
1/4 c. sesame seeds (toasted)
2 lb. cut up fresh chicken breasts
1 can bean sprouts
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 c. shredded cabbage

Vegetables can vary... add or subtract due to preference or availability.

Cook skillet with sesame oil. Cook chicken 1st. Remove from skillet. Do each vegetable separate. Continue to add more oil as needed. When finished cooking add all together and add seasonings of cayenne, honey, salt and sesame seeds. Serve over rice. Serves 4. Fast supper.
