CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP 
1 whole chicken
carrots, diced
1 stick butter
celery, diced
onion, diced
1 large pkg. egg noodles

Skin and cut up chicken. Put in pot; cover with water and boil for 2 hours. Debone chicken. Sauté celery, carrots and onions. Pour into chicken pot. Bring to boil and add noodles. Add salt, pepper and herbs to taste.
