ECLAIR CAKE 
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Boil water and butter until melted, remove from heat. Add flour and eggs, one at a time. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cake will look deformed, don't worry!! Let cake cool completely.

TOPPING:

2 pkgs. instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese (in the tub)
3 c. milk

Pour in bowl, one at a time. Mix with mixer. Pour on top of shell. Use Cool Whip, cherries or melted chocolate (or all) for the top. Yum yum!!
