WEDDING POTATOES 
2 lbs. hash browns
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. onion
3/4 c. butter

Mix all but potatoes. Fold in potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
