CUSTARDY MACARONI AND CHEESE 
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
Fresh ground pepper to taste
2 1/2 c. diced cheese (Cracker Barrel cheddar)
1 c. cooked elbow macaroni

Bake in a 2 qt. greased casserole set in pan of hot water at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

NOTE: 1. Don't let hot come to boiling point. 2. Chopped cooked ham and small broccoli flowerets, added along with a combination of 3 kinds of cheese.
