Cook 2 packages of frozen broccoli in 1/2 cup salted water. Simmer after boiling for 5 minutes and drain.

SAUCE:

6 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
3 eggs

Beat 3 eggs and add to sauce slowly. Put broccoli in casserole dish. Pour sauce over it and cover with 1/2 to 3/4 cup butter cracker crumbs - Waverly or Encore. Bake about 20-30 minutes in 325 degree oven. Serves 6.
