1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder and oregano; mix well. Chill and serve with peppered beef.
