CHICKEN PASTA SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, cut bite size
Red & green bell pepper, sliced to equal 1 c.
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. jicama or water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 lg. can pineapple chunks, drained
1 pkg. bow tie noodles, cooked

DRESSING:

1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. lime juice
2 tsp. each sugar & curry powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

TOPPING:

Par boiled pea pods, prepared, strings & ends removed
Sliced almonds
