HAM AND CHICKEN BAKE 
1 lb. cooked, sliced ham
4 c. sliced, cooked, stewed chicken
3/4 c. sliced mushrooms

WHITE SAUCE:

3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. chicken broth
2/3 c. light cream
Salt to taste
Bit of chopped onion

Alternate layers of ham and chicken; pour white sauce over and lay mushrooms on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or bread crumbs. Heat in a 300 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. On a busy day it can be assembled ahead and reheated.
