INDIVIDUAL CHEESE CAKES 
2 large bars cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 box vanilla wafers

Mix room temperature cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla and sour cream. Put wafer face down into midget size cupcake paper. Then put 2 teaspoons of mixture on top of wafer. Put on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until tops are cracked. Makes 36 cakes.
