INDIVIDUAL CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers

Combine all ingredients together; beat with mixer until smooth. Put vanilla wafer in bottom of cup cake cup, fill 1/2 full with batter. Bake at 275 degrees for 25 minutes.
