1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. coconut

Put all ingredients in blender and blend at high speed. Turn in greased and floured 9 inch pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
