1 chocolate cake mix
2 eggs & 2 yolks
2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. Crisco oil

FILLING:

2 egg whites
4 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1 c. Crisco
2 c. 10X sugar

Cookie: Mix well. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes in 350 degree oven. Let cool on towel or racks. (Don't overbake.)

Filling: Beat until fluffy. Spread between 2 cookies.
