PARMESAN POTATO FRIES 
3 med. baking potatoes
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika

Scrub potatoes. Cut each one into 8 long wedges. Place potato wedges in bowl. Toss with the oil. Sprinkle with the cheese and paprika and stir to coat. Lightly oil a cookie sheet or baking pan. Place the potato wedges on the baking sheet. Bake at 475 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn. Bake 10 minutes more.
