PARMESAN POTATO SALAD 
4 c. cubed cooked potatoes
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
7 slices crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
3 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

In a large serving dish, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Makes 6-8 servings.
