BLACK & WHITE TEA CAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
6 oz. mini-chocolate chips

Mix cake ingredients together. Set aside. Mix filling ingredients. Set aside.

Using miniature cupcake tin, place cupcake papers in pan and fill cups 1/2 full with cake mixture. Drop 1/2 teaspoon filling in center of each cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.
