BLACK BOTTOM CUP CAKES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Chopped nuts

Soften cream cheese. Add egg and 1/3 cup sugar; beat well. Add chocolate chips. Combine dry ingredients; stir in water, egg, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat smooth. Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full of batter. Spoon heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture on batter. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: about 16-20 cupcakes.
