BLACK BOTTOM CUP CAKES 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 sm. bag chocolate chips

Mix cream cheese, sugar and salt with mixer. Stir in chocolate chips. Set aside.

CAKE:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. baking cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1 c. water
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 bag fine chopped walnuts

Mix all cake ingredients (except walnuts) together with mixer until blended well. Batter will be thin. Place small cupcake liners in cupcake tin (we use mini size cupcake pan). Place 1 tablespoonful of cake mixture in each cupcake liner (1 tablespoon should fill them half way), then place 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture on top. Sprinkle with fine chopped walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
