TANGY SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

1 lb. ground round beef or 80% lean ground beef
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 egg white
2 tbsp. bread crumbs

SAUCE:

1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tsp. sugar

Combine meatball ingredients and shape into 1 inch balls. Brown in skillet sprayed with non stick coating, turning to brown evenly. Mix sauce ingredients and add to meatballs. Simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Place in serving dish. Makes 8 servings of 3 meatballs each.
