CURRIED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. curry powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 c. milk
2 1/2 lb. chicken drumsticks, washed and patted dry

Preheat oven at 375 degrees. In a bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, onion powder, curry powder, salt, mustard, garlic and paprika. Dip the chicken pieces in the milk, then in the crumb mixture and place in a greased shallow baking dish in the oven for 1 hour or until crisp and done. Turn once during baking. Refrigerate until picnic time. Place in a plastic bag to transport.
