TALLARENA 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp. oil
1 med. bell pepper
1 lg. onion chopped
1 (7 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 lg. can corn niblets
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Season with salt, pepper, Tabasco sauce and chili powder

Wilt onion in oil, add ground beef and cook until brown. Add bell pepper and tomatoes and simmer. Meanwhile cook egg noodles as directed on package and drain. After meat mixture has simmered 15 minutes, add corn, noodles and cheese (reserve some cheese for top later). Put mixture in 9 x 14 inch casserole pan and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Add seasonings before you bake. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake until cheese melts.
