RAW APPLE PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. chopped apples
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Mix together sugar and flour, add unbeaten eggs, melted butter, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in chopped apples and mix thoroughly; pour in an unbaked pie shell. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer or until done. Cool before serving.
