1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1 (7 oz.) pkg. M.J.B. beef flavored rice mix
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. sour cream

Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, milk, onion and salt, and mix well. Shape into 15 or 16 meatballs. Prepare rice mix according to package directions. While rice cooks, brown meatballs in oil. Add water cover and cook over very low heat, until meat is cooked about 10 minutes. Stir in paprika and sour cream. Pour over hot cooked rice and mix lightly. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
