RICE BALLS 
1 c. cooked rice
1 fresh tomato
2 sm. onions
2 eggs or 1 lg. egg
Pepper or other spicy seasoning desired
Oil for frying

Boil the rice well until quite soft but not mushy. Saute tomatoes, onions and spices. Taste for salt. Add prepared ingredients to rice. Bind with eggs.

Shape on a floured board. Fry in hot oil. To make these into sweet rice balls, use sugar instead of fried ingredients and bind with the egg.
