WET BOTTOM CRUMB CAKE 
1 c. table syrup
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda

CRUMBS:

2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 stick butter

Combine first 4 ingredients together. Mix well. Set aside.

Mix crumb ingredients together until crumbly. Put a few crumbs in bottom of each pastry-lined pans, then place 5 tablespoons liquid mixture over each. Continue procedure until crumbs and liquid are used up. Use two 8-inch pie pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
