1 egg
1 c. flour (self rising)
1 c. cornmeal, self rising
1 c. milk

Beat egg well, add all other ingredients. Mix good. Drop hot dogs one at a time in bowl spoon mixture over hot dog. Drop into deep fryer cook until golden brown. Makes about 6 or 8.
