SHERRIED BEEF OVER NOODLES 
1 lb. stew beef
2-3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 to 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2-3 c. cooking sherry or wine
Noodles, cooked

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix everything together in roasting pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 3 hours, covering after 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Serve over noodles.
