CORNBREAD SALAD 
1 pan cornbread (large)
2 c. pinto beans, drained
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. onion
2 c. tomatoes, diced
2 lbs. bacon
3 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 c. dill pickle juice

Bake one pan of corn bread (large), crumb this in same pan. Spread pinto beans on top of this. Pour peppers, then onions, then tomatoes in layers on top of pinto beans. Fry bacon and crumbs on top of the above. Mix Miracle Whip salad dressing and dill pickle juice. Pour this on top of the whole ingredients and let set for 30 minutes to an hour.
