SPINACH WRAPUPS 
1 lg. bag frozen leaf spinach
1 tbsp. bacon-pepper season
6 to 8 oz. provolone cheese
Pam Spray cookie sheet
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
3 to 4 chopped garlic cloves
12 tortillas, 6 inch
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
Salsa

Cook and drain spinach well. Add bacon pepper mix. Divide cheese into 12 portions, in cubes. Chop cilantro and garlic. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. working quickly, heat tortilla in micro, until soft. Place cheese, spinach, garlic then cilantro in middle, season with salt and pepper. Fold into squares and place fold side down on cookie sheet. Brush each top with oil. Continue with rest of tortillas. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until golden. Serve with salsa. (175 calories each).
