SPINACH SALAD 
Spinach or Romaine
Bacon, fried crisp
Almond flakes, browned in bacon fat
Red apple, sliced thin
Green scallions, sliced thin

DRESSING:

1/2 c. vegetable oil
6 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper

Use a wire whisk to mix dressing. Refrigerate.
