FIESTA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can refried beans
1 can nacho cheese soup
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. pitted black olives, sliced & drained
1 c. sour cream
2 green onions, minced
Round tortilla chips

Brown ground beef, add taco seasoning. Drain. Stir until well mixed. Set aside. In bottom of a casserole dish, spread beans, cover with beef mixture. Pour nacho cheese soup over beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese, then olives. Bake until hot and bubbly at 350 degrees. Place sour cream at one end of casserole. Sprinkle with green onion. Arrange tortilla chips around edge of casserole. Eat with remaining chips.
