1 stick soft butter
1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
1 jar Old English cheese

Mix well and add 1 can of crabmeat or shrimp. Sprinkle garlic salt on English muffin halves; spread with mixture. Cut in 6 pieces - 1 package of muffins makes 72 pieces. Freeze in bags until ready to use. Bake on cookie sheet for 10 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
