CHOCOLATE LUSH 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1 1/4 sticks melted butter

Mix together and press in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. By hand mix in Cool Whip, spread on crust.

TOPPING:

2 pkgs. chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
Nuts, chocolate

Mix pudding with milk. Beat one minute. Refrigerate for 4 minutes until set. Spread on top of cream cheese. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts and shaved chocolate.
