STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 c. granulated sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 prebaked pie crust
Arrange strawberries in pie crust

Mix cornstarch, sugar and add water. Cook until thick and clear. Remove from burner and add Jello. Pour over prepared berries. Put in refrigerator at least 3 hours before serving. Top with Cool Whip and serve. This recipe can be made with fresh peaches - peach Jello.
