1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1 can Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can Campbell's condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 stick butter
Salt and pepper
1 onion, chopped
3 sticks celery, chopped
2 c. instant rice
2 cans water

Put everything in a 9x13 casserole dish. Cover; put in oven at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Stir once during cooking.
