CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
6 oz. med. noodles
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. flour
Dash of pepper
1 c. milk
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 c. chicken broth

Cook noodles. Melt butter. Add celery and onions, cook 3-4 minutes, stirring often. Blend in flour, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Gradually stir in milk and broth. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in chicken and noodles. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. (Mushrooms and/or peas may be added with the noodles.)
