CORNBREAD DRESSING 
16 c. cornbread crumbs
8 c. white bread crumbs
3 tsp. sage
4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 c. whole milk
6 eggs
2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. onions, chopped
1/4 lb. butter
8 c. chicken or turkey broth or stock

Beat eggs and milk together. Add to bread crumbs, set aside. Cook celery and onions in butter until tender. Add all ingredients together mixing well. Bake for one hour or until brown.
