1/2 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda plus 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. chocolate chips

1. Cream butter, oil and sugar.

2. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk.

3. Sift together flour, cocoa, cinnamon, soda and baking powder and add to other mixture.

4. Stir in zucchini and mix well.

5. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

6. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
