POTATO CASSEROLE 
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 pt. carton half & half milk
6 or 8 oz. Velveeta or American cheese
1 tsp. salt & pepper
Bacon slices, fried & crumbled

Heat the half and half, butter and cheese until melted. Pour over frozen hash browns and onion. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cover potato mixture with the sour cream and crumbled bacon. Heat 15 minutes.
